Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from our website (www.attipas.com.cy), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
We accept payments via Paypal (including Visa or Mastercard) or Cash on Delivery. Your information will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Note customers do not need a Paypal account to process a payment (Paypal allows customers to process payments as a ‘Guest‘ using Visa or Mastercard). Note all pricing is in EURO.
Order processing begins immediately after your payment has cleared and an order confirmation email has been generated. Orders cannot be changed, altered or cancelled once processing has commenced. This includes coupons, which must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Please email or call us to change or cancel your order. To exchange a colour or size, please refer to our Returns Policy (below).
Coupons must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Coupons are not valid on sale items, gift packs or gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified). Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your coupon has been applied. Note we cannot apply coupons once an order has been paid for.
All of our orders are shipped via Akis Express all over Cyprus. Standard postage is a 2 EUR flat fee per order within Cyprus. Your order will be delivered to the one of the Akis express branches located near by the address indicated during check-out processing. Delivery may take an estimated 3-5 working days. Shipping is FREE on all orders over 40 EUR. If there is a delay to your order being shipped we will let you know as soon as is reasonably practicable. Your order will be held by couriers for a period of 5 business days only. It is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery via the courier using the details on the calling card. Failure to arrange a redelivery will mean that the item will be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, you will be charged a redelivery fee of 4 EUR.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to change or return an item then we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any items, simply return them to our local store located in the address shown on the contact page of our website, in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund on those products or replace the item according to the following rules.
Items can only be exchanged or refunded if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. A copy of your invoice/receipt must also be included.
To make exchange or return, send us an email to address: firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID, your name and surname, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the item.
Our qualified staff will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the desired products.
Note exchanges are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange/return to be processed. Availability of stock cannot be guaranteed prior to receipt of items for exchange.
Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
We appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact us immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Please note a replacement or full refund of the goods in question shall be considered full and final settlement of the matter and we hereby disclaim any and all other liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event that you have received faulty or damaged goods, any reasonable return postage shall be at our cost and expense. As stated above, our liability to you shall be limited to providing a replacement or full refund for defective goods upon the same being returned, and the alleged defective condition being confirmed by us. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose any information submitted by you to any third parties, nor will we keep any of your personal details on file.
The above terms and conditions shall be governed by the Law of the Republic of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
